    Confirmation page states that sample won't be sent out until after 14 February 2006. Have applied, but, obviously, as two years out of date, it may not arrive :)

    Thanks very much for sharing but unfortunately this link is about 3 years old and they've never removed it. However, they don't send anything out anymore. It was a great freebie in its day though!
