I have a stakeholder pension scheme which i havent contributed to for about 3 years.
It is a NU Bal Man S2 scheme.
Ive approx £6k in non protected rights and £6k in protected rights.
My new employer contributes 5% of my salary into a Skandia Exec Pension Scheme,im 40 % tax payer aged 36
When I met with the advisor from my new company he told me to 'Just leave NU scheme alone'
However I'm now guessing that this may not be the right thing to do.
Also i understand that my 'serps' goes into the NU scheme. Is this the best place for it.
Wondered if anyone could shed some light on my current pensions
Thanks
