I know this has probley been asked 100 times before but could do with some advice. The situation is this- My husband is self-employed, he owns a removal company. Now as we all know they keep telling us there's going to be a turn for the worst in the housing market, well due to this houses in our area are not selling very quickly.Obviuosly we're very slow and therefore have been very very quiet. As you can imagine husband's worried and starting to get stressed. Question is do we move house therefore being able to buy one outright ,stay where we are-having a mortgage of £67k.I know thats a relatively low mortgage but with work a worry still to much to keep paying! or stay where we are perphaps go interest only for a bit? Don't know what to do for the best. Any advice will be great and has anyone else done it ?
Thanks,Jane.
Thanks,Jane.

well jane i hope things pick up for your husbands buisness soon.
I helped a friend move house ( rented ) yesterday and she used a removal
firm.
lots of people will still need to move home ( renters / job moves etc ) so
fingers crossed.
selling your home and downsizing is an option but it costs money to move
and you may be happy/ need the room you have now.
try and live the MSE way !! build up savings for the rainy days. consider interest only and put money saved if you can into ISA,s . good luck0
