Contacting Paperchase - Bolton MBC Recycling

Hi,

Not too sure this should be here, but here goes..

I've been trying on and off to contact Paperchase (the company that collects the white recycling bags) on 01204 523664 for the last 4 weeks. No-one picks up despite varying the times of day and Bolton MBC don't / won't give out alternative numbers to try.

EDIT: Should mention, I would like 2 recycling bags, it appears they forgot to deliver them when they changed to a "managed" recycling programme.

I wondered if anyone had an alternative number, email address or fax number I could try before I tear my hair out

As a last resort, I was prepared to mail them, but Bolton MBC claim they don't have an address. I found this one online: Cambrian Business Park Unit A2, Bolton, BL3 6JF. so if anyone can confirm it is correct, I can try it out.
