Hi everybody thanks finding everything interesting, was wanting to know if i could claim back my catalogue charges, sounds that i can, also can i use the same template letters for Bank and Credit Card, Won my Credit Card Charges back went to the Ombudsmen they were very helpful and got interest!!! Delighted, wrote my bank charges letter tonight and moving on to Catalogue Charges just unsure how to write the letter. Wee Tink!
