it might be worth looking at the tesco clubcard points being sold on ebay too, but only buy from a seller who is willing to swap the vouchers into deals for you, because tesco told me they won't accept vouchers without my name on, it has to be the person on the voucher that asks for the tickets. when they send the tickets out they don't have a name on and can be used by anyone. tickets for alton towers cost £7 in clubcard points. i'm after blackpool wristbands, they cost £7.50 in clubcard vouchers so if i buy £15 in vouchers i can get 2 blackpool wristbands. £14 in vouchers would get you 2 alton towers tickets. the current selling price for clubcard points seems to be twice their value or thereabouts, so it might be worth looking if you can't see any 2 for 1's about and you have the time to wait for the tesco vouchers to be turned into deals. i sent my own tesco vouchers off to be turned into blackpool tokens last week and it was 3 days later that i received my tokens, of course when buying off ebay you can't assume the seller will psot them to tesco the same day, or will send the tokens to you on the day they recieve them, so best to allow for a week or so at least.

The Tesco clubcard points are better spent elsewhere. They are supposed to be worth 4x their value when spending them outside tesco, but because the Thorpe Park / Alton Towers tickets rarely sell for full price £27/£28 then you're using them on a '3x the value deal.' Personally, I'd save the tesco points, and get some of the vouchers

Well for the reasons above I had ruled out using clubcard points, buying vouchers on ebay and I have loads of £8 off vouchers left over from Zing...so....

Anyone seen any 2 for 1 vouchers with products lately??? LOL.

    nope, sorry :-(

it was worth me using my tesco points for the blackpool wristbands because the only blackpool offers i'd seen were 3 for 2. so it was spend £15 in tesco points for 2 wristbands, or spend £60 in cash and get the 3 but we probably only need 2 because i can't go on rides if i'm still pregnant. worth it for me, what else would i spend my points on, i'm not saving for a holiday yet and they'd only sell for double value on ebay, but i agree if you can find a 2 for 1 for alton towers then that's much better than using up your tesco points.

the 2 for 1's seem to have dried up though :-(

i just spotted this superhero deal on the website, it's a 2 for 1 i think, says full price is £29 though, has it gone up?? http://www.alton-towers.co.uk/resort/offers.asp

Had a quick look on eBay and you can get 2 for 1 on there. If the price is right would still work out cheaper than paying full price and/or £8 off per person.

This is where I saw them:
