I won I think a holiday to Tenerife

It does say on their site
During you holiday and as part of the promotion you will be asked to attend a presentation of the resorts. You will be under no obligation to purchase anything and will be supplied with information on your surroundings of which we promise you will enjoy.
Sounds a bit like a timeshare maybe?
This is definitely a timeshare promotion. If it is not timeshare it is a holiday club promotion which you need to avoid like the plague.
Tenerife is full of timeshare touts and salespeople who will sell you products and make them sound ideal when they are not. Don't be tempted - I am hearing regularly from people who are persuaded by slick talking sales staff into spending thousands of pounds at these presentations. And don't think you won't be conned - there are many people who have said they won't buy and then end up signing the contract!!
If you are interested in buying timeshare, there are far cheaper ways to buy than by going to a presentation. It's like buying a new car (but worse!) - depreciation sets in once its off the courtyard, it's no investment!! You might pay thousands but would be lucky to sell for hundreds.
Do your research via the internet before even thinking of buying into timeshare.0 -
The words "dont" Touch" and "bargepole" come to mind, its a new way of enticing hapless couples into the timeshare web. If you dont buy, you may well get thrown out of your apartment, halfway through the week!0

Watch out for young people handing out scratchcards. I guarantee you one of you (in a couple) will win a 'top prize' this is their way of getting you to their sales team. Just keep on walking, don't break your stride for these criminals, yes Spanish Police will confiscate the cards of these guys, but 5 minutes later they will be back out with a fresh load of cards......0
