Who can pay into a Stakeholder Pension?

Hello,
Looking for a bit of help here.
Can a stakeholder pension receive payments from an Employer/Company?
We have a small limited company and wanted to know if the Company is allowed to make a payment to a Stakeholder Pension in the name of each of the Directors? Or do they have to come from the Employee/Office Holder instead?
