Had a disaster buying flowers from tesco for mothers day the year before last...were supposed to be delivered on the saturday pre mothers day...to a shop address which i explained....turned up on the saturday night (would've been after 9pm) and left outside the shop, were half dead by monday. Spent three HOURS trying to get through to the customer service for a refund and vowwed never to use them again! M&S is a good deal though.Proud to be dealing with my debts:money:0
