If your house has had a BT phone service in the recent past and the line still has a dialling tone, it's likely it won't cost you anything to get your line working again .

All reconnections are subject to a credit check, as a result of which customers may be required to pay a deposit. A minimum term of 12 months will apply. As your under 18 you might need someone else to sign the contract.

Call Freephone 0808 100 7722 they will advise you.

You will have to see if your parents can register the line for you.
sorry to hear you having issues but you will have issues getting a phone line due to your age,

I am not sure what the pay and call service is but the rules for low income people will now allow broadband, or at least from April as I am not sure of the start date.

    Hi rob16d

Where are you staying now? Are you renting, if so, could you ask your landlord to sign up for you and you will pay the bills? - Just a thought.
