Capital Gains Tax query -One for the experts I think!

in Cutting tax
We signed over our house to my daughter some years ago and if/when she decides to sell it she will incur some capital gains tax. However, she is married to a New Zealander and will be moving permanantly to NZ and at some stage will become a NZ citizen and tax payer. If at that point she decides to sell the house will she be liable under UK tax laws or NZ tax laws for the capital gain? The reason I ask is that currently NZ don't have a capital gains tax.
