75% off some remote controlled toys

Spotted a couple of clearance bargains in Argos this lunchtime:

372/2907 - Radio Control Jet Helicopter with Free Mini Honda Bike. was £49.99 now £12.49

372/4833 - Nikko 1:16 Scale Peugeot 307 WRC 2004 [radio controlled]. was £19.99 now £4.99

Stock of both seems reasonably good, they appear in the latest "up to 50% off" booklet in store, but at twice the price, and are available online for store collect or home delivery. A few others RC items I checked at random seemed heavily reduced.

Is that a proper rc helicopter or just one of thos things that you pull a wheel thing and then it unattaches? I can't make it out from the Argos site.

It says left and right and what not, so maybe it is the real deal.

I've got one of those wireless spy cams and it'd be great to give the camera a break from security duty once and a while! ;-)

It comes with a rechargeable base and flies up with some limited directional left right movement too. I got it today to put away for a christmas pressie and it seems really good - the free remote controlled motorbike that comes with it is great and is supplied with batteries - that didn't get as far as being put away. My kids have played with it all afternoon.
