How old are you and are you in a relationship/have dependent children as this may be relevant?
Have you applied for Incpacity Benefit?

(Although I think your pension may be too high to get any money, it will serve to credit you with your NI contribution and thus safeguard your State Pension).(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
at what level do you get dla?
if at the middle level, someone can claim carers allowance if you need them to (and they earn less than ??£80ish a week).
you can also then get a disabled railcard and a cinema card that allows your carer to go free.
depending on your disability you may also get money off your council tax or water bill, and depending on council reduced local travel.
? do you need to make sure your are having NI contributuions made towards your state pension - check with job centre.0 -

If thats £15k/annum you will find you receive no IB as that is reduced by £1/2 per £1 on anything pensionwise over £85 per week. In same position myself and I supose its to disuade people from taking early retirement and claiming IB as a bonus. :rolleyes:I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0
