What happens when you know you haven't signed a CCA

As title.
Following on from earlier posts, aswell as the two creditors I want to see a copy of my CCA, I am going to write to all of my creditors (a lot of them) and request my CCA.
The only thing is I know for sure with Freemans catalogue and Capital One I didn't sign a CCA as they were done via the internet and the catalogue company started supplying straight away and Captial One sent a card which I just had to authorise.
What happens in these instances?

Well to be honest it depends when you opened the aggreements .If these were before 2006 , the creditor would have problems .If it was after , I understand that by 'signing' online this will count as an aggreement. You need to find out when you opened these accounts. Mind you it doesnt mean the accounts will be written off - it just means that they are not enforceable in a court.
Have you C.C.A the companies in question?0
