Company contributions not working

Hi,
My company are changing pension providers and I signed up to the scheme (they match a 5% salary sacrifice contribution) when they announced this. The problem is, it's taken nearly a year and they haven't yet completed signing up with the new company - money's being taken from my wages, and put 'somewhere' while they dither.
I pay in about 130 total (including their contribution; I work 2 days a week) a month - does anyone have any ideas whether/how much I'm losing out by their delay? I really want them to get it sorted and the only way they will may be to request that they make up any loss caused by their delay!
Thanks very much
Charlotte

The way the stock market's been going recently, they could be saving you money.
I've given up trying to get my signature to work with the new rules, if nobody knows what the rules are what hope do we have?0 -
Ask them when its getting resolved. As bigturnip says, the drop in the markets has by luck meant that you will be financially better off providing they get the money sorted before the markets recover.
You could ask them to apply historic unit prices but in this case that would be daft unless you happened to have a high risk spread of funds (2007 was a year when most things did poorly but high risk areas did well).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
