Mortgage help please

Options
Hi

I have a mortgage at the moment for my current property. I'm looking at selling up at buying a bigger property.

What I would like to know is what companies offer the best multiples of your income to calculate the maximum mortgage?

Are there any compainies that don't base it on multiples and do it on affordability?

Thanks, much appreciated :)

Mark

Several lenders deal on a combination of multiples and affordability, or affordability alone.

Skipton, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, The Mortgage Operation, Nationwide, amonst others lend on affordability.
