I gotta discount code for The Real food Festival at Earls Court Exhibition Centre in London, 24th to 27th April 2008.
Leaflet came with my copy of the March 2008 Delicious magazine. tickets are usually £15 each (£18 on the door).
If you go online to https://www.realfoodfestival.co.uk, or call 0871 231 0831, quote the code 'delicious 1'.
Visit the Real Food Festival and meet the people that reared the pigs, planted the carrots, milked the cows and crushed the grapes, plus you can also taste their produce and buy some to take home.
There will be Taste workshops so you can learn about all sorts of things – from the differences between cow’s and goat’s cheeses to wheat and malt beers, how coffee is made and why wine can be good for you (ok, we hope that one is true). As well as the educational stuff, you can pick your own veggies, make your own bread, meet some cool chefs, take a cooking class, be part of a debate, pull up a hay bale and listen to a farmers story – but, most importantly, eat really, really good food!
As a delicious magazine subscriber, you’ll only pay £10 per ticket – a saving of £5 – and, because Real Food subsidises all of its small producers, by buying a ticket you’ll also be supporting them too!
The Real Food Festival will include:
• The UK’s biggest farmer’s market – ever!
• Loads of wine, beer, cider and fresh juices
• Taste workshops – where you can meet producers and have tutored tastings
• Organic food guru Barny Haughton from the Bordeaux Quay restaurant in Bristol will run a cookery school
• Watch chefs cook up a storm in the chef’s theatre
• Sample dishes from a selection of the UK’s best restaurants
• Why stop at the event, head to one of London’s Dinner Date restaurants and choose from their special menus designed for the Real Food Festival
How to book
To book your ticket for the special price of £10 – and to find out more about the Real Food Festival – visit realfoodfestival.co.uk or call 0871 231 0831, quoting delicious 1.
