ooh i didnt know there was a slimming world thread!! Thanks!!

Ryvita Sesame (you can have 4 for a healthy B choice) are only 50-odd p in Asda, Tesco and Morrisons. Really nice with 4 laughing cow light cheese triangles (healthy A option!)

Also, I tried Asda Smart Price Chicken Rice the other day, free on green, lovely and only 20 something p. But, bargain find of the day, Batchelors Super Noodles, free on Green, 29p in Home Bargains!
You're so very special, I wish I was special

ooooooo nimble is a personal bug bear of mine, if you check the calories and fat content to a normal loaf of bread per 100grms they are the same, however because nimble slices weigh next to nothing and fall apart as soon as you look at them people assume that they are low fat/cals etc.

    Just saying thats all

alpen light bars £1 a box in farmfoods, as is crunchy bran cereal, which you can have 42g of as a B choice. quorn thai fillets £1 for 2 in a box in farmfoods again, they are 1/2 a syn each, but very yum on a green day with rice.

Thats not the reason I buy it - its a HEb on the slimming world plan. This plan works (for me anyway) so I'm sticking to what they suggest.
