need credit
hi,,im looking for some advice please..
i recently re-mortgaged in december last year and was looking for 100%to pay off my otstanding debts,, i couldnt get 100% so had to settle for less and try to get a unsecured or secured loan...ive had problems gettin this loan,(secured + unsecured) ive got about 13k im looking to pay off and got about 13k in equity in my house
i have missed a few payments on accounts in last 4 or 5 months and still have a couple of arrears outstanding
i payed for my experian credit score online and was horrified to see it down at 71!!!
i guess it was my fault i as i went through (panic) appraches for lending and i think thats why its so low
can anyone give me advice on how to rectify my problem,,, thanks..
