I got my dd a pair of sandels from the Luton branch at the weekend. They were £18 but reduced to £9 and when I went to pay for them they had been reduced again down to £5 to a real bargain! Nothing to fit my ds's little size 3 feet though but as he's not walking there's no need for shoes anyway!!Registered Childminder and mum of three.
Aiming to have money in our saving account by the end of the year and be in control of our debts.0 -
Does anyone happen to know how long this sale is on for? They are fantastic reductions for such expensive shoes. I usually try and stock up on the next size up for my 2 boys too!0

Clarks will be adding kids sandals with £10 off on Friday 15th to their sale. Some stores may start this early so you might grab a bargain on Thursday afternoon.
The sale will last for another couple of weeks in stores and then they usually transfer the kids sale to specific stores in various areas (where it sells best basically) to clear it out.
Hope that helps - although as Clarks have been getting low on stock on lots of kids sandals over the past week or 2 there may not be many up for grabs!
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -

I love a sale bargain, but it does wind me up that Clarks put their Doodles canvas shoes/sandals in the sale in mid-July and then after that it's impossible to find them anywhere - last year my son had a growth spurt in early August, and I really struggled to track any down. Managed in the end, one dusty pair found at the back of the shop stockroom - and they weren't even at sale price!
He needs a new pair at the moment, think I found the right size/width for a fiver in Clarks today - fingers crossed they fit.
Sure it won't be such a problem in future years, but he's only a toddler, so is moving up through the sizes fairly quickly (and expensively). I want him to wear well-fitted Clarks/Startrite shoes, even in the summer, but it's not easy.
At least he has these growth spurts in the summer, when Doodles sandals cost £12 a pair at full prize, not £25 a pair like the winter shoes do!0 -

Clarks try and get their stockrooms as low as possible on summer styles ready to fill the stockrooms up for back to school shoes which sell like crazy during August. In a couple of weeks time they'll reduce all the kids sale down to £5 - it'll just be pot luck what sizes are left.
I know how you feel though - we always have our main holiday in November. We just keep our fingers crossed that our girls sandals still fit in November  (one year they'll be too small & I'll be a true moneysaver and tell them to go barefoot for 2 weeks to get some fresh air to their feet :rotfl: )Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -
if you can't find 1/2 price shoes at clarks, russell and bromley also sell clarks kid's shoes. bought some lovely winter boys' shoes half price there, as clarks were out of stock..down to 13.000
