    I think I saw an email this week from Mortgage express, and I am sure they have got rid of the high LTV range (100%).

    I would listen to what Conrad has said. We are in a different market than 6 a few months ago, a deposit is now a must have.

    Mortgage Express are only doing 5yr+ deals only on high ltv -

    "High LTV – we have withdrawn all our 2 and 3 year fixed and discounted deals. The range is now
    limited to long-term deals (5+ years) only"
