Who is the administrator?

The company my husband works for has gone into administration, it has yet to be registreed with company house, but the boss wont give out any details on who the administrator is, or give anyone a contact phone number.
Two questions, 1. Can he with hold this information
2. How can my husband find out who the administrators are.
