Took me about two months to get my cooker I won with them - eventually got it after a fair bit of nagging!

Hi. I had problems with FHM who took five months to send me a prize. I was helped in the end by the ISP Institute Sales Promotion. They make sure competitions are run properly and were really helpful in getting me my prize. Hope you receive it soon. I am still waiting for a Pass the Parcel win from 5th December!

My sister is on that Freya winner list as well for New magazine 238. It seems they've double drawn two competitions. Personally I think that is disgusting and completly careless. Daily Express should take more responsibility - they have a track record of having competitions that do not turn up. I've had a watch that I won that never appeared! Although this was a free one I bet it's a similar experience with the mobile phone subsidised ones.

Still not heard anything except email saying looking into it,I contacted them again got the same reply still looking into it,I dont think I am going to get it as they say my name was printed in error
