Hi all i am in a pickle here i went to the cccs who advised me to pay all my creditors £1 each per month but lord knows how many defaults i have now. Is this the norm i dont want any more credit cards and want to just live a cash life but what about things like mortgages? i dont know if i have done the right thing as i was going to borrow the money and make my payments less and then i would not be getting harrassed. Phone still goes all the time! I am going to claim charges back as i suspect this will reduce my debts greatly but it takes time. When does the court case finish?Help!
