Is that a drop from 4.79 to 4.29%? Either the Halifax know something about int rates which we don't, or they're struggling to maintain their share of the market.0

I can't seem to find this Halifax deal any where. I have searched the mortgage sites to no avail. Is this true?
However, for those of you interested in similar deals, Skipton offers one at 4.29% fixed for 2 years. Then Nationwide BS offers something around 4.38% if I am not mistaken.Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -
It's on Halifax for Intermediaries website and is being launched from Tomorrow (15th July) for up to 90% Loan To Value. There is a rather large Arrangement Fee of £599 that can be added to the loan of required.
You won't find it on the mortgage sites until it is launched tomorrow.
