alliance leicester 5 year fixed 4.59

hello everyone my 2 year fixed rate with the AL is finishing on the 31st august. And I'm thinking of taking out the 5 year fixed deal which is 4.59 with £395 charge ,(the main reason for staying put is the redemption admin fee being £295 plus all the other costs involved switching) would it be worth my while to wait little longer to see if they go down a little bit more or just go for it as it will take some time to process it through
many thanks to any replies leachy

I would go for it! to get the a similar deal anywhere else would involve paying a similar arrangement fee0

Yes, I'd go for it. You would also pay other costs...legal work, a valuation fee and have to pay A&L £295 to leave.0

You can't switch until 1 September so I wouldn't rush now ... fixed rates still seem to be on the way down.
That said, I would agree with the earlier posts ... the saved switching costs are likely to make A&L's offer a reasonable deal.0
