The cheapest personal loans currently available

Looks like the Abbey's at 7.9%, according to moneysupermarket.com.

Anyone know any better rates going out there at present? :confused:

    Going to depend on size of loan.

    Sainsburys are currently offering 6.5% on a £10k loan.

    Rates have shot up considering that base rates are coming down. Banks just don't have as much money to lend at the moment after collectively losing so much on dodgy american mortgages.
