PC World cheapest is 115 quid
Mplex seem to be the cheapest at a 100 quid.

Depends on the spec.

You're not really comparing like with like there as mplex's is a 17 inch screen, everyone elses is a 19.

If its only about getting a TFT and not about size, then ebuyer are doing a 17 inch for £88.99, rankhour.com are doing one for £92 delivered.

Ebuyer also have a 19 inch for around £98
