Thanks all for the great tips. Made a delicious mince based spicy sauce with Granose for dinner tonight. I added some oats as suggested and shredded carrots with mushrooms. I gave up red meat end of last year and have tried to take to protein subtitutes without luck as they all tasted yuck and DD was not impressed either but I am happy to know there is something decent out there I can cook with. Might even be the only thing!DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0
