Got a reply from them today:
Our web site clearly states that the offer is for 2 passports for £9.99. The confirmation email will state 18 colour codes because you have selected all 18 instead of the two you required. These are simply colour codes with a value of £0.00 and do not rpresent the product itself. If you do not require these please could you confirm.

Ok guys their ordering systems are not up to what they should be , but is it fair to try and take advantage / waste their time with this ( QUOTE - We are a family run company based on traditional ideals and values)Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0

I got a similar email, I pointed out that their website coding was to blame as I am able to select all 18 passport covers and even recieve a confirmation email. I told them to cancel my order if they are unable to fulfill my order.0
