Big box full of great freebies from Matter(merged)

I had an email last night as well, saying that it would definitely come today, but I've had all the post - including parcels - but no matter box I wouldn't mind if they didn't keep emailing to say it's on its way... when you get a freebie you've forgotten about it's a nice surprise, but when you're constantly falsely updated and re-promised a freebie which never comes, it just becomes an annoyance!

I had totally forgotten this morning so was extremely excited when Son brought it up to me. I love the choc of course and the kids want to put the fireplace DVD on. Gave my son the book as he is a reader and I am not.

Nobody really has a right to complain about the lack of 'great' stuff in it.
Yeah sure the pilot box looked fantastic but if you think about it, they probably didn't expect the exposure they got.
In these times of financial downfall you cannot seriously expect companies to give away in excess of 30,000 music monsters, play dough, calenders and the like can you?
I thought the chocolate, comedy CD, Disk wipe and shower gel in mine was brilliant considering that they had more than 30,000 people inquire about it. They've clearly done their best and I am grateful for my little Freebie.

It cost nobodya anything so all thses moaning minnies need to consider that.

I think that those that are complaining about whats in the matterbox, shouldn't even be on MSE as that's not the spirit of this forum.:mad: Its a freebie! How can you moan!...... If you don't like what's in the box, why not, instead of moaning, send it to a serving soldier abroad( Free of charge to certain op-telics!)...it would actually make their day!
