Mine arrived yesterday. Had lots of false starts - emails telling me it would arrive in 3 days, then another one a few days later to say it would be delayed etc. It only took 6 months - think that is not bad for them! Anyhow it is a nice and big box that I took my time rumaging through!

I only applied last month but still got my matter box last week. Loved everything in it! especially loved the open fire dvd, Fab!!

Ditto - applied in February, was told I was going to get one, then it never arrived... no reply from Matter either when I politely enquired as to its whereabouts...
