OH got his today. It took a little while from when he had the e-mail to when it arrived. He received an e-mail in between to say it had been delayed. I hope yours turns up soon.
We put on our cosy roaring fire DVD today as we don't have a fireplace! :T

Gave the chocolate and comedy book to one mate.

Gave DVD cleaning cloth to another mate who owns about a million DVDs.:cheesy:

Put shower gel in my bathroom cupboard.

Put "roaring fire" DVD and SIM card in bin.:eek:

I think it was ok for nothing considering you had no idea what you were going to get, could have been full of much worse stuff!!

Thanks for the email. I realise it's frustrating. But, we send Matter normal first class mail, which as you know gets most things there next day, but not all. We're very keen to learn about about any that don't arrive next day and so I'm very grateful for your email.


Matter is new and has its fair share of teething troubles, so I do ask you to be patient while we solve some of these problems.


It will most probably arrive tomorrow (Monday)–though that isn't the point. If it doesn't arrive at all, please let me know.

A bit cheeky but...if anyone has a fire dvd they don't want...I've been looking for one for a while for OH, will obviously pay all postage costs etc
