Internet Coupon Help

Hi

I have been onto coupon net and printed of the coupons on there was just wondering if anyone could tell me how often the coupons are changed/updated?
Also does anyone have links or can tell me where I can find other similar pages so that I can try and cut my £100 a week food bill

You often find these change every month or so. It is an extremely good site. If you are short of coupons, like you say, hae you tried
