Hi I'm looking at joining Healthshied and after a little bit of feedback from anyone who already uses them
All their benefits seem to pay out annually but I can't work out whether the year starts from the day I join.
Eg I order my contacts online 4 times a year. If I join in January and then put a claim in February, June ,Sept, Dec . Will my new allowance start again in January or is there a time delay. Does that make sense?
Thanks

I have been with Healthshield for 12 years through work. Our claim period covers Jan-Dec.
Once you have submitted a claim to them, you usually get the money back within a week, so they are very quick in settling claims.0
