Personally no. If you had cooled it down straight away and left it in the fridge overnight then yes. But the risk from reheating rice comes from it not being cooled properly rather than how you reheat it.
I'd bin it I'm afraid.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
oh that's a shame! will know for next time tho. Thanks very much0

I'd eat it too (and have done in the past with no ill effects), but I probably wouldn't give it to anyone else just in case0

i've done it and fed it to my DH and 2 yr old - we're all iron bellied0

Nooo!! don't chance it - I'm with Gingham. Someone once told me that when you have a 'dodgy curry' it's usually the rice not the curry itself that makes you sick because it hasn't been dealt with properly!!If Life Deals You a Lemon - Make Lemonade!! :j0

I would eat it personally cos our kitchen is pretty cold and nothing sits around tepid in it for long unless the oven is on - it may as well be in the fridge
But if my kitchen was warm or if it was summertime I wouldn't risk it.
Then again risotto doesn't really last to a second day if I'm around - I love it cold from the fridge0 -
Bacillus Cereus is the problem. If it's been handled properly you would probably be oK."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
