If you miss it you can go to Jo Whiley's homepage, click on listen again and you can listen to the show for up to 1 week after it has aired!
I know all of DFW's know all the secrets / tips, but it's always fun to listen to Martin!

All he said about that sort of thing was that it's getting harder for banks to borrow money so t will get harder to find new 0% deals in future. He recommended that, for debts that are likely to last more than a year, it's probably better to go for a low life-of-balance deal now rather than a short-term 0% deal that you might not be able to renew when it runs out.0
