shall I pay again

I agreed a full and final settlement with egg for 2 debts. I paid with a debit card over the phone. I have been checking my bank and they have only taken 1 payment for 1 debt. I have phoned the bank and the other payment hasn't been requested. I have the available funds.

I'm not sure what to do. Should I ring egg and pay again?
Should I wait and see if they contact me?
I only have until 11/02/08 for funds to reach them

Ring Egg and speak to them.

Before you paid did Egg send you a letter stating your F&F settlement?

I agree, get your paperwork out & call them to "check that they have taken the paymentS"....and ask them to confirm verbally and in writing that they have closed the accounts.

I did get the paper work stating it was in full and final settlement how much to pay and by which date.
I just don't want them to recind the offer if they haven't taken the payment.
I'll get OH to ring them later because they won't discuss it with me
