Today's new generation of home improvement devotees are turning their backs on hefty hardback manuals, traditional TV shows or those tricky instructions from the local DIY store. Consumers are tuning instead to the ease and convenience of DIY guidance on their iPods in the form of a new How To Video guide by TV expert Gavin Lowe. The show was put together following research from Screwfix that revealed that two thirds of consumers would prefer to download guides from the web and then refer to them on the job on their MP4 players. The show can be downloaded from www.howto.tv/screwfix where, if you watch it online, you can even click on products featured in the videos and purchase them directly from the www.screwfix.com website.
