I bought the last Day Cream from Aldi Gravesend yesterday. The woman in front of me bought the last Night cream. I managed to resist the temptation to move her pot to my side of the conveyor belt :D

Managed to get a couple of jars in Stoke, just worried it might be a bit rich for my combination skin but will give it a go! Can always use it as hand cream if not!!

    Thanks Op xxx

Grrr. I bought one of each yesterday. When I opened the box last night the day cream jar was broken. Went to swap it today but they're all out of stock.

    Hi everyone,

My local Aldi is in Feltham Middlesex. I wasn't aware of the hype of this cream until I arrived at Aldi to stock up on my tinned goods and such. I passed the toiletries section where I usually purchase hand wash and there was a handwritten sign saying that Face Cream was kept at the tills. I thought that was odd.

Anyway the queues are usually quite long and only 1 member of staff manning them. I happened to see the pots of cream there. It turned out that along with regular purchases people were also topping there shopping up with a pot of cream.

When I was getting served I asked the Till operator what the deal was on the creams, she told me that due to demand outstripping supply, customers could only purchase 1 pot of cream and it didn't matter whether it was the day or night version.

I opted for the night as I have just run clean out of my usual Garnier green tub. I was with my younger sister who then purchased the day one for me along with her groceries, just so I could have both.

There was a trayful of each version, although they were selling like hot cakes. The gentleman behind us even purchased one!.

There is another Aldi store in Hounslow, but I am unable to comment on that store as I haven't been.

None in the new store in Retford, and a VERY fed up member of staff saying they had no idea when/if they'd have more stock.
