Hi,
I hijacked a thread over the house buying forum with little response. So I'll break my questions down into individual parts here and see if anyone can help.
Basically, are there such things as Offset Buy-To-Let Mortgages which allow you to buy more than one property over a period of time without having to get a new one each time?

Try Standard Life, they have a very competitive rate of 4.99% fixed for 3 years no tie ins after that period. They may do offset not sure, but set up fee is £500 and surveyor £250 approx not bad. You can buy multiple properties up to a maximum ? Try the site0
