anyone used a power plate exerciser, do they work?
my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!

Not sure about only using that and nothing else but my friend uses the power plate machine at her toning gym place and she lost half an inch in a month! Pretty good going I think! Bearing in mind she started toning when I started the gym and I didn't lose half an inch in a month!!0
