I've failed, can't register as tells me email address already exists. Tried forgot password option on log in and says my email address isnt recognised!!!!!!

Thanks maytaurus I managed to apply for one today.:T

At first I had trouble seeing the whole page but pressed F11 as janemayers suggested (thank you) and then managed to fill in the form OK.

I found it would not let my application be accepted until I did actually click on the 'terms and conditions'. Ticking the box was not enough.

Anyway it was finally accepted and I now live in hope that it will arrive.
