Hi there, I've posted this on the loans board but wondered whether anyone here can help.
I'm trying to help out a family member with their finances and regards to this company. They have today applied for a loan and been 'guaranteed' an acceptance. They have already pain the £49.50 acceptance fee and they aim to pay out in 5 working days. Today being classed as day 1! Now I've googled this company and looked on here and it's not looking good. Is there anyone out there who has had success with these guys?
Thanks in anticipation

I am aware of a number of companies that collect £49.50 fees and then disappear. I would advise contacting your Trading Standards first thing in the morning and asking what they know.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Thanks RAS, I'm aware of the bad publicity that this company has received in the past. I just wonder if there is anybody who has had success with them. I've telephoned them back and pretended to be my relative and I've quoted all the information that I've gained here and they still insist that loan is in the bag.
Surely if they are that bad they would not be able to continue trading. Since I've become debt free I tend to argue over every small detail to ensure that I'm not ripped off then my stupid family get ripped off instead. I think I'd feel happier if there was just one happy customer (not including the only one listed on their customer testimonial page)!!!0 -
What's the name of the company? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

At least they can get their money back if they complain hard enough. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Yeah I've had a read of it. That's what set the alarm bells ringing for me. Saying that it's not my money its my sisters. I can't believe how gullible people can be.0
