BM bread with a bit of oooomph to go with soup?

I like to make sun dried tomato and parmesan bread for eating with some soups, but want to make something a little cheaper, maybe wholemeal with some seeds so that it's a good accompanyment. Anyone have any good recipes? A lot of my wholemeal ones turn to stone!

Ness.

i made some rolls yesterday with rosemary(out of the garden, it needed a good prune anyway) and garlic (added a spoonful of chopped from a jar in the fridge that needs using up) they were actually very yummy and will definatly be making them again

  • I will often add chilli flakes to my wholemeal, and experiment with the amount (also depends on how fresh the flakes are) I don't tend to measure for stuff like this but around a teaspoon should be a fair start.
