I pick up a
"BELKIN F5D7633UK4A ADSL2+ MODEM WITH 125MBPS WIRELESS-G ROUTER"
from PC World for £71.50 store Pickup. It is an excellent piece of kit, easy to set up and comes with a life time guarantee..0 -
3Com Office Connect ADSL Wireless 11g Firewall Router from Amazon - £55.99 and claim a free USB adapter (just add to cart, and should come up free)
"The 3Com ADSL Wireless 11g Firewall Router combines an ADSL modem, router, 802.11g wireless access point, four-port switch, and firewall. The high-speed routing engine easily handles large data transfers and Internet downloads, including those from multimedia applications. Claim a free wireless adapter as sold for £19.99 when you purchase the 3Com Office Connect ADSL Wireless 11g Firewall Router before August 28th. "
Seems like a bargain, as it would qualify for free postage.
anyone got one of these? any good? I'm quite interested myself...0 -
have just remembered that this was £60 last week, and since amazon price match there's probably somewhere else that also has it at £55.99, which might be a site with a cashback/voucher thing going on (unlike stingy amazon).
I haven't had chance to look elsewhere tho...if someone finds it, pls let me know. cheers0 -
I have just got the Netgear DG834G with free USB adapter from Amazon yesterday, setting it up and getting it working was very painless (even using AOL) - very pleased with it for £66.33, also saves having to connect to the Internet through AOL software.0
