Moving Abroad. What should I do?
At the end of next month I am moving to New Zealand. My only concern relates to the debt I have here.
I have 2 loans and 2 credit cards. In total we are talking about £20000.
I aim to continue paying as I am keeping my UK bank account and aim to transfer money from my wages to help keep paying. I can also manage all my accounts online. I know it will be tough with the exchange rate but know it is possible.
Should I tell all the companies where I am going or just my bank?
I normally ask my bank for advise but I am worried that if they find out, it may be the wrong move.
Does anyone know whether moving abroad changes terms and conditions with banks etc? Or do banks adapt to help? (I've not seen much evidence of this before)
I'm just after some advice maybe from someone who has done this before

Probably somewhere among the small print any company giving you credit requires you to notify them of any change of address...............................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0

I think you need to tell your credit card companies something, otherwise whoever moves in to your old address will be sent your replacement credit cards!
I rent my house out when I go travelling. I change my address to be my parents while I am away and manage my accounts online.
Perhaps once you are in NZ you can look in to taking out loans over there to pay off the UK ones.0
