Are there any "known" lenders that would mortgage a reema (concrete) constructed house without being punished with a large interest rate??
Found the house we want but it's reema and are unsure if its mortgageable!

My first house was a Reema house - we had a mortgage with Halifax with no interest penalties (this was 1992 so not sure if this has changed) When the house was sold in 2003 there did not seem any problems with them getting a mortgageI have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes
