is it likely to happen?

basically we have found a house we love - its a grade 2 listed property that needs a bt of work - 3 bed end of terrace £90,000 which is very cheap for my area. both me and partner have good full time jobs in the nhs and ake home around 17K each. but ....... we have 25K of debt between us that we are comfortably paying off at the mo.

Would like to borrow more than 90 to pay for some work that needs to be done on the house.

Do you think we would get a mortgage? we both have good credit historys - no miss payments in years and years and no ccjs or anything. would both be ftb.
