Court case going ahead next Wednesday. Haven't decided whether to go and watch or not yet. Talked to Witness Care today and as ever they were really supportive and helpful. DH has appealed apparently, so will be here for a while yet. xx2010 MFW Challenge No. 112 Mortgage paid in full 27/08/10 I was MF!!!
But now I'm not - (Joint) Mortgage £104704.New MFW target £5000 overpayments by 31/12/2105 £400/£5000 = 8%SAVINGS TARGET - £25000 by 31/12/2015 £13643/£25000 = 55%No 17 Lewis Lane0

hi all,
yes - thanks - i'm ok. he was very upset, but left when i asked. court case finally concluded today not yesterday as expected, and it was a guilty verdict.
i hope that he has now learned that you can't do that and that someone will benefit from his experience in the future and live happily with him. it won't be me.
sentencing in about three weeks from now.....although actually don't care about that, it's the fact that it's concluded which is great.
